Twice this week I have been thouroughly disappointed and ripped off. Monday I ordered coffee and when I got to work I had to... heat up my coffee and noticed the cup was only half filled. for $4 are your seriosly ok with filling a cup half way. However, Ilove my Duncan so I figured it was a one time thing and tried again today. I ordered my sausage sandwich and it came with baconand I just had to laugh with the size of the sourdough bread and 2 larges eggs they split up 1 slice of bacon. I am sure theyhave precooked eggs which is fine, but my eggs were almost frozen they were so cold. Thank goodness I used my discounts, but ifthat is the reason I am getting ripped off that isnt fair. Dirty, poorly run and very little variety in donuts. Visiting from out of town, my husband and I were looking forward to trying... Dunkin'. The person taking our order seemed new and very unsure of anything we ordered. So, we ordered according to the menu.But he still put mocha, when we said white mocha and then asked if we wanted cream with it, to which we replied "no". So, ofcourse, we got basically coffee with chocolate in it. The worst part was that no one was helping this new trainee. Thesupervisor was yelling (literally) "let's go" constantly as if it was supposed to help and when we got our order, another workerreprimanded the cashier in front of us. The coffee was so bitter it tasted like it was burnt and or double brewed. Many otherissues were present at this Dunkin' so I recommend avoiding this one at least. Read more
I've been coming here for the past few months and I've had great and quick service! Iced coffee with pumpkin and cream, always... made to perfection! I was in today, Tuesday, Oct 18th at around 1:50 pm and the gentleman at the counter was awesome! Superfriendly and made me feel welcome. The other employee got my coffee out quick, no wait! Not usually one to complain like this but their food is absolutely disgusting. Every time I order here my hash browns are burned... , every time without fail which has been about 5 consecutive trips idk why I expect it to get better but it?s the closest storeto me so it?s incredibly inconvenient. Then the last 3 times I ordered a croissant, one was burnt completely black and soaked inbutter to somehow fix it I?m not sure , yesterday i ordered one that must have been left out for a few days because it was driedout then today I gave it one more shot and it was rock solid from sitting outside of a package or just from being old . Eitherway , these are all VISIBLE and NOTICEABLE issues . In my opinion there is no reason that you should witness these issues and goahead and still take someone?s money and hand them this food. I would gladly pull around and wait for someone to re make thefood , or go find food that isn?t old and hard , I would even be happier being denied service . But spending money on this overand over again is just upsetting. Please treat others how you would like to be treated . Read more
