If you're thinking about ordering online or ordering through their app, don't waste your time. They are both garbage! I spent a... good amount of time trying to place my order both ways just to receive a notification that there was an error and that the ordercould not be placed. When I got there, I notified the cashier that the order that I was trying to place through app and onlinewas not going through and that I also had promo codes along with my order. I ended up showing him my phone so he could look atthe order and basically punch in the same exact things that I had put in my cart online. I thought all was good as he was ableto pretty much kind of hook me up in a way since the new total with him was about a buck or two cheaper than what I had punchedin through the app with my promo codes. I thought, aight koo... When I go pick up the order, the girl that hands me the ordershorts me on some food (well at least that's what I thought). Come to find out, the guy must not have payed attention to myphone as all he had to do was punch everything in that I had on my phone. I asked her if he was still there and if I could justtalk to him so we could figure it out. He was super cool about it. He owned up to his mistake and pretty much gave me a pizza atno extra charge in place of the crazy bread that was missing. With that being said, I can't really give a negative review as theissue was corrected promptly and he apologized to me for the inconvenience as it had been a long day for him. So this is going to get 4 stars only because of how friendly and patient the manager and the young man at the cash register were... tonight. It took 2 hours after ordering online to get our pizza though! It was an hour and a half later than the original quotedtime. They had some major problems with their systems and were insanely backed up. Myself and several others waited a very longtime to get food. The system is very broken because people couldn't even cancel in store and get their order out of the line inthe system and have to call in to a customer service that was apparently closed. That's broken. If you intend to cancel youshould be able to immediately and remove your order from the queue to make it better for everyone. All the customers were sokind and patient as well. I don't blame the staff and they were working so hard to take care of everyone and were so nice. Themanager gave us some breadsticks and sodas to make up for the long wait. This is Melissa who claims to be the GM of this location on Hunt Highway. She doesn't know how to have a HOT N READY pizza hot... and ready. Always a 15 to 20 minute wait. Melissa claimed she was busy but the store was completely empty and a bunch ofteenagers just standing around with no pizzas coming out of the oven. After I told her the store was empty and that they weren'teven busy, she refused my business and then refused to give me my refund so I could leave the store. Then she called the copsforcing me to wait until they showed up. Another customer stood up for me to the police because how ridiculous Melissa wasacting so obviously the police didn't do anything. All this could have been avoided had Melissa not acted so rude andunreasonable. I have the entire thing on video Melissa and I'll be sure to share that with your higher ups. You should not beworking with customers talking the way you do! When a customer is unhappy because of YOUR poor timing, you're not supposed to berude. Going to only give this location 2 stars because they almost never have hot and ready pizza available, Its close to my house so... I spend quite a bit of money at this location and 90% of the time I have to wait 20min. Food is usually great as its fresh.. Read more
