The food is always really good. 5 stars on food. They're short staffed like everyone, so it can take time to get your food... or drink. I ordered a beer when we first sat and didn't get it until our burgers were done. Also, check your bill to ensureyou're not charged for cheese on a burger, since cheddar is supposed to be included at no cost. We love the restaurant andthe servers because it's nostalgic for us...we had our first breakfast there as a married couple. ? We've enjoyed the poutine, burgers, anything breakfast, and the Mac and cheese is amazing! Read more

We love it here! Could not say enough good things about it, food, customer service, cleanliness (the bathrooms were so clean and... didn't smell!) And menu. You need to get the chicken tenders! Every food item we have gotten is homemade. It doesn't look likeit came off a truck and on cooked in the microwave. We make this place a tradition when family from out of town comes to Maine.Tumbledown thank you for providing a delicious and fun place to eat! Read more

Nice people, but horrible pizza. It is half burnt, half undercooked, loaded with bubbles and it has a horrible, salty flavor.... I?m really not trying to be a jerk. Their pizza is, by far, the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I ended up throwing out a largepizza. With other pizza places in town, I?m surprised their pizza is so bad. I?m sorry to give it one star, but this pizza iscompletely unacceptable. Read more

The food was good and the atmosphere was fun on trivia night. Then it came time to pay, and our server lost my credit card. She... took it from the table, then came back about 5 minutes later and said she couldn't find it. She and the manager were veryapologetic and spent time looking for it, but then they charged us full price for our meal anyway (on a different card). Inretrospect, we should have refused to give them another card. "You can charge us when you find my credit card" is what I shouldhave said. They said they would sweep the building after they closed and give me a call the next day. They never called, andwhen I called them the person who answered had no idea about what had happened. She said I should call back when the manager wasin. They never found it, but luckily no fraudulent charges were ever made (I assume it got thrown away accidentally). It justfeels like they failed to take responsibility for the error and provide adequate customer service. I know if I lost someone'scredit card, I would bend over backward to make it right. The staff seemed to care for about 10 minutes then gave up. Read more
