We were seated right away but no one ever came to our table. We waited 15 minutes and still no one even acknowledged us. It... didn't look like the people around us were receiving good service as they were having to ask for refills and checks. My familyand I try our best to eat at a variety of places in our small town. We steer away from eating at national chain restaurants dueto quality of food and service. I was reminded again this morning why we don't frequent these types of restaurants. Will notbe back again! Their computers were down?which I understand but we were seated and no one ever came over to our table. No one even came over to... tell us something was going on. I will NEVER return to this place !! I suggest you wait until Tulsa We were FINALLY seated and given our menus. 20 min later we... still hadn't seen our waitress, so still nothing to drink or eat. Now... If they were busy that would have been different butthere were 3 tables, 3 visible waitresses (none of them ours) and a crew chief. Butter, Eggs, hashbrowns have little to no flavor. Bacon was raw but tasted like bacon. Portions for hashbrowns were sad!! Eggs... were all broke. Toast and meal was cold. The pancakes are superior to others. The omelet was great also. I asked for someingredients on the side. A plain omelet is what I prefer. Fresh and delicious. The server made my day.
