KFC is the best but I have to believe their all you can eat buffet is the best time to visit. This particular location has great... staff and the wait times usually aren't unbearable. I went inside to order dinner for my family on11-14-22 , this day was very cold! They didn?t have the heat on and when I asked... about it they said that only the maintenance guy had the key and he was out of town, but I went ahead and placed my order a 12piece meal I was told that it would take about 15-16 minutes I said no problem, well 40 minutes later I received my food,chicken was hot but nothing else was and the biscuits could have been used for baseballs because they were so hard and cold!Next time I will go across the street to the other chicken restaurant! If I could do less then 1 I would! Horrible service. Did a online order hours ahead of time thinking it would give plenty of... time to have it fresh and ready. Wrong! Arrived on pick up time and was told it hadn?t even popped up for them to see to getstarted! I walked in to get my order and the kitchen was absolutely filthy! Stuff all over the floor. If I hadn?t already paid Iwould have left and should have anyways honestly. I ordered a family bucket meal with extra sides and a Nashville hot combo.What I actually got was several pieces of half cooked chicken, 3 out of the four mashed potatoes that wasn?t mixed good and youcould see potatoe flakes still dried with absolutely no gravy! Not 1 gravy for 4 Mashed potatoes and gravy. No Nashville hotchicken or pickles, instead got uncooked chicken strips with buffalo sauce. I have given this location multiple chances! Over $50 ordered tonight August 8, 2022. Drive through dinner family of four. 16 piece family dinner. macaroni and cheese... mashed potatoes gravy and Nashville hot combo. NO gravy, mashed potatoes look like they forgot to mix the instant potatoes.Original recipe look like the chicken got hit by a truck. First, I will say all the employees we dealt with were friendly. That's pretty much where the positive part of this review... ends. They were out of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. They were out of salt. The coleslaw did not taste fresh. The sandwich wasmediocre. Plus, it was very cold in the restaurant so we couldn't wait to finish our meal so we could leave.
