Sadly, this hometown institution has become too slow to recommend. Obviously, leadership failure. 30 minutes for spaghetti and... baked ravioli? Mazzio's is a huge company. Someone has dropped the ball lost control of standards. Avoid. Read more
Salad bar had many choices. We asked for a specific type pizza ???? and it came out timely.
We order Mazzio?s delivery, Eaton at their stores literally 2-4 times a week. Always good. Not today. I ordered a medium, thin... crust, well done, extra mozzarella pizza. Paid $25 with tip and I get this. It also took almost an hour to get and I live .7miles away from their store. As a loyal customer I deserve better than this. Everyone deserves better than this.
