Poor, Slow service. I was there 25 min waiting on my order and when I got my order the meat was cold. As if they had just got it... out of the refrigerator. Need better management Read more
Slowest service ever, Drinks had no ice, food came out cold . Waited 20 minutes in line while being the only one there . Ordered... 2 burgers and a nugget and they got none right . Fries were not cooked. Went in to change our order and they got it wrongagain. While driving off I noticed our bag had no napkins. All in all I wouldn?t defiantly never bring my kids , friends ,family anywhere near this place they call a restaurant again. Read more
Worst McDonald?s in the nation. Absolutely disgusting. Sandwiches were cold (like from a refrigerator cold) without toppings.... Apparently there are no toppings? They had no beverages except for sweet tea & didn?t tell you while ordering. I discovered theyhad the cherry ice drinks but I wasn?t permitted to have one without an up charge. You could only have sweet tea. The Icemachine wasn?t producing ice, so no ice. You are bothering the staff to ask for a lid or ketchup. The grease the fries werecooked in was EXTREMELY old. My experience at this McDonald's location can be described as a cluster. Waited 20 minutes for a fry, a coffee, and a shake.... Finally bailed on the shake after another customer who arrived approximately 10 minutes after I did walked out of the store witha shake, and when I brought it to their attention they said they were trying to fix the machine. The store looks pretty good inthat it is somewhat new and the shift manager did come through when I asked for a refund. He was helpful, quick, and apologetic.I asked for one item to be refunded and he refunded my entire order, which I greatly appreciated. That being said, several itemswere not available, they were understaffed at the front counter, and there was virtually zero effective communication amongstthe staff members or between staff and customers. It was painfully apparent that staff members were not working as a team andnot at all interested in helping one another out. Read more

If a ZERO rating was possible that's what I would give. How hard is it to give someone what they ordered. A simple Happy Meal... and a quarter pounder meal. Got the wrong hamburger and No happy meal.
