Absolutely love Babs it always tastes great, but I was very disappointed with the service I experienced today. I went in around... 12:40ish and there was only one other couple waiting for their food. The nice young man took my order, which was a salad(large)and an order of garlic knots. About 15 more kids come in (lunch hour from school) and the young man took all their orders. Iwait and wait and wait thinking I?ll be served before all these kids considering I ordered something simple and before they did.Well I was wrong they served every single kid their pizza, they ate all of it, and they cleaned up their table and headed backto school before I even got my salad. She was very chatty and unfocused today, and sometimes that happens and I get that, but Ididn?t get my food until 1:20pm. That was along time to wait for a salad and some knots! I loved the salad it?s amazing and thepizza is good but if you don?t have time to wait, BABS is not the place to go. Read more

Ordered my pizza at 3pm for 6pm pick up. Got there at 6pm and paid and was told it would be a few minutes. I sat there 15... minutes then an employee asked me what pizza I was waiting for. He proceeded to say oh it's right here, buried 3 boxes underother pizzas, then tried to charge me again! Why should I sit there while my pizza is getting cold? I've tried giving this placea shot many more times then I really should have. If you have forever to wait give it a try, otherwise don't even bother. Verydisappointing and never again will I eat here! Read more

Only had your pies a handful of times and really enjoyed them. However, the treatment of your staff has left something of a bad... taste in my mouth. Business owners may not know this especially with health concerns, but workers really do their best(evidentlynot night crew which is common everywhere). A good owner would know that. A good owner would be there to help out if store wasunderstaffed not blame others. All you?ve done instead is ruin your chances of anyone up here trying your pies. Let alone findanyone who wants to work for you. I wouldn?t wanna work for someone as shallow as that. Read more

Definitely has SOME of the desired east coast/tri-state flavor...& apparance.. but waaaaay too much sauce and SO... undercooked..also... and $$$$... (no 2 for $20-25 pies like home..typical Idaho high prices I guess)... the upside ofundercooked, is that you can get home and cook it right /reheat without over cooking ..so...that works out great fortakeout..... Will probably try again, depending on my desire to pay $45 for 2 pies again,.vs my cravings..... but willdefinitely be asking for less sauce...... plus side?... probably the closest thing to a pie from home ( NJ) available uphere...
