I swear I only review when I absolutely feel I have to. I've hit this McDonalds a few times, since I work nearby. I have yet to... be served. I pulled into the drive-thu line, and there was one car in front of me. We waited for 10 mins before they pulled off,waving into the building as they passed. I get to the kiosk, and I hear the recorded "What can I get ya?" I ask for my order,wait 10 mins, no response. The entire time there's somebody outside smoking. Went to the drive through and when we went to paid she took our card without asking if she had the right order then we ended up... paying for someone else?s food. Once we got that fixed we went to the second window and they had all the orders mixed up so shehad to ask us what we had ordered because we lost our receipt. When we told them what we ordered a lady making the food in theback proceeded to accuse us of trying to get free food and told the other workers that we needed to go back through the linewith the most attitude, we argued that we had already paid for the food and after a few minutes she finally made it and said?here?s their free food? we only ordered three drinks and a burger so it?s shouldn?t have been such a big deal. I?m not sure ifshe was simply just a worker or a manger but I have never experienced such disrespect in my entire life for an issue on theirend. She simply should not have a job. Decent McDonald?s. The happy meals are more expensive than our local McDonald?s but hey it?s outside of Cedar point so it is... what it is. Our order was wrong but they fixed it?. Kinda. Food wasn?t the freshest but again it?s McDonald?s. The kids werehappy that?s all that mattered. Read more
This McDonald's in particular blew my mind. I don't know if it's because it's right outside of cedar point but the team members... here were on the ball. Very quick service, food was not under or overcooked, The staff that I spoke with were extremely friendlyand prompt to ask me if I needed assistance before I even had to ask myself. Overall this is probably the ideal McDonald's whichis crazy to think about. Although this is just one experience at this location it was a very good experience. Read more
