It took forever for someone to acknowledge people that were standing at the counter. When we did get someone to come to take... orders she seemed very impatient and acted like she was trying to rush someone to order. Breakfast was hot although it was soggylike the mc muffins have just been sitting there instead of freshly made. The place was actually decently clean at the time wewent. Read more
Another 3-star review that would have easily been a 5 had there been attentiveness to the dining room and cleanliness. In the... 15-20 minutes we spent in the restaurant, there was a table with a previous guests' trash and dirty drink station. I watched asmultiple team members walked right past each issue without correcting it. It would have literally taken 30 seconds to pick upthe trash and wipe down each area. Filthy. Dining room needs attention. Floor extremely slippery from a greasy residue and tables/chairs soiled with food and soda.... Stood at counter for several minutes before even acknowledged. I don?t often post reviews, especially not of my fast food purchases, but I was blown away by the great service tonight at this... McDonalds location. We rolled in after Cedar Point closed, in a Yukon XL with my family of 8, and ordered almost $70 in food. We are so used to our order getting messed up, taking forever, etc. But not tonight. This staff of young folks nailed it! They took our order quickly, had drinks ready when we rolled to the window, and if I had to guess we had our food in 30 seconds. Everything was as requested and the fries were piping hot. Employees that take pride in their work are so hard to find thesedays. This crew went above and beyond. Read more

I?ve been going here twice a week for the past month or so to get ice coffee while everyone is still asleep. I like alone time... with my ice coffee before the day starts. This McDonald?s is out of my way (about 5 miles one way from my house) but theyalways make the ice coffee creamy and sweet while the one closest to me is hit and miss. Anyway, I showed up yesterday at myusual time (5:30am) and was told ?we aren?t serving until 6am?. I drove over to the other McDonald?s and they were open andbusy. When I got home, I checked the business hours for this place and it said ?open 24 hours?. If they?re not going to beserving until 6am, they need to update their website. Read more
