The staff is great and have been there for years. I like a lot of pickles and they never hold back.

Well prepared sandwich. Of course they aren't gourmet, but freshly prepared and tasty. Much healthier options than the... standard fast food. Read more

Good food, good people....(it's a subway it's fine). Staff were chill.

The staff was attentive and friendly, but didn't remember what they had made for us, leading to some confusion at the checkout.... The food tasted fresh. Parking was a little confusing--we parked behind the store. Read more

This is the only Subway I will go to. The staff is super attentive and kind, it is always clean, and the food always tastes... great. I've been to other ones and they either are not kept very clean, or their gofo doesn't taste as good. Definitely 5/5 forthis specific Subway. Read more

Quaint setting, in a house-like building. Staff was super attentive. I wanted some of the broccoli cheese soup, and they made me... a fresh batch but it didn't take long. Not a whole lot of parking, however. Seems to be mostly street parking. Read more

Horrible service! Guy was on phone whole time I was in there. Not only was he on the phone, but was clearly arguing with... someone. Screaming in another language! This is America, we speak English! He wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, hadto repeat my order, and toppings. He toasted sandwich without asking. I didn't want it toasted. If I weren't pressed for time, and starving I would've left, but I will never do business with this store again! Read more

The cleanliness of inside and especially the rear outside the building is sub-par. The service is absolutely sub-par. And the... food, well, it's Subway so you get Subway. I observed fruit flies around the soda fountain, unwiped counters and employees withattitudes that clearly demonstrate that there's somewhere else they'd like to be, like underneath this very building where theylive. Sandy Hook doesn't need a Subway restaurant, especially a dirty one with poor service. I very seldom post a bad reviewabout any place but when it comes to a restaurant, it's important to share my experience so others don't suffer from theexperience I did. Read more
