So nice to have some good customer service for a change! These polite teenagers working tonight helped me carry my pizza to my... car bc I had my 1.5yr old in my hands. I didn?t even have to ask, they offered! I was bummed they didn?t know about the classicround cheese bread but I?m assuming that?s because it?s not on the menu and usually you can request it. I?m hoping you guys willadd it back eventually???????? I don?t really like the new cheese bread and other locations will make the classic if requestedbut the people working have never heard of it so I?m assuming that?s why they couldn?t make it. Put on hold instantly for 5 min. Pretty sure they hope the customers will hang up. Picked up the pizza the employees just... standing there staring like punks and the female who took the call and cashed us out was rude as hell. Never going back. Greshampapas or cherry park aren?t that much further and better service. Read more
We have been going to this business for 7+ years at least once a month for their Tuesday Specials... Call it lazy if you want,... but sometimes it's nice to just pop a pizza in the oven and not have to work for sustanence! ???? We usually go for the Cowboy,hold the sausage/ extra cheese. But this time, I threw caution to the wind and went wild!!! I got a half cowboy/ half garlicchicken! Gasp! ???? You can imagine the uproar that caused! So, anyway, after the world was done rocking on its axis and startedspinning correctly once again, we cooked up my unwieldy experiment!!! ???? Turns out, it's not a bad idea! We may even use itto shake things up once in a while... ???????? As far as the staff goes, the manager (I think she is, anyway, as she's the onlyone that's been there for that long) is awesome and knows what we want when she hears our name: yeah, 7 years of repetitioncauses ruts to be formed. Every time I call im put on hold instantly and sit on hold for 10+min. We always have the garlic sauce on our pizzas and they... seem to never get that right. Half the employees are rude, snotty and are flat out disrespectful. They never want to fix thepizza when they do it wrong. Honestly they need to replace the employees. Read more

Ordered two pizzas, one stuffed and one regular. Didn?t notice until driving all the way back home that they actually gave us... two regular crust pizzas, which wouldn?t matter as much but the there is quite a price difference. Drove all the way back toonly be told they?re ?they were out of the crust?. No problem but Why wouldn?t you tell your customer that and offer a partialrefund when they came to pick it up? Then after asking for a refund they got the manager, manager then said they?ll make itright now and that they?re not out of the crust after the employee said they were. As someone who works in the food industry andwho use to help manage a restaurant this is just bad customer service. Especially having to drive all the way back home after astore knowingly let?s a guest walkout with a different pizza they ordered. Wasn?t offered anything to make up for the hassle ofwhat was supposed to be an easy pick up. Just disappointing. Read more
