YUCK!! Worst boba ever! First, my wife and I pulled up to the store, which had a nice neon sign saying "Open," but when I went... to open the door, it was locked and the girl inside just waved her hand above her head. She apparently couldn't even be botheredto get out of her chair to tell us why the lobby was closed and just kept waving her hand above her head. It took a few wavesbefore my wife and I realized she was trying to tell us that they had a drive-through and we had no choice but to use it despitea nice glowing neon "Open" sign on the lobby. FYI: this place has a drive-through. It's not super hard to find, but it's noteasy, either. Finally, when we got our drinks, they were just terrible. We both ordered smoothies, and they were very thin andrunny and tasted incredibly watered down. When we examined them, we think they added milk to them! It completely ruined thedrinks. But that wasn't even the worst part. The boba pearls (tapioca) were absolutely awful! You know when you're chewing gumand eventually it loses its flavor, but you have no place to throw it away and it would be rude to just spit it out, so youstubbornly keep chewing it and chewing it just because you have no other choice and after a couple hours it's just a stale,completely tasteless, nasty piece of matter in your mouth that you hate and wish it was gone forever? Yeah, that. That was theboba. We had to fight the instinct to spit them out! I mean, we spent $10 on 2 smalls! We didn't want to just waste our money,but that's what we ended up doing; we got home and just threw the drinks away. 9$ boba drink after upcharging for every little thing then they didn?t even put the stuff in it and sent it in a styrofoam cup... with a standard straw so even if they put boba in it i wouldn?t have been able to drink it.
