I wanted to write a note that I visited the Quarry Bend location on Saturday night for dinner and was extremely disappointed... with the service. I am not someone who usually writes notes or reviews companies but the service was so bad I had to address it.The biggest issue was the wait. I understand it was a Saturday night and to expect a long wait, which I did. However, thefrustrating part of it was that there was not that many people ahead of me. There were only 12 people ahead of me. Which seemsnormal for a Saturday night, the problem is that took almost an hour to go through the line and get my food. Even after I hadalready paid I waited another 15 minutes to receive my food. Several of the customers were also getting annoyed at this. Thestaff must have been moving at a glacier pace. There was not rush, urgency, or common sense to try and hurry. It was outrageous.My girlfriend who walked over to the nearby Cafe Rio to order food noted there were at least twice as many people in line thereand she still received her order over twenty minutes before I did. Another complaint with the meal was that they were out ofhoney mustard, Which wouldn't have been a huge deal but when they said they would replace it with the Chipotle Sauce. But when Iarrived home already frustrated at the long wait, I realized the sandwich had zero sauce on it. It was very dry. I normally loveZupas but this was a disaster of meal. Read more
