I have been a regular customer at this Chipotle location. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to get lunch. However, this... particular location has recently (as of Sep. 2022) removed it's mobile ordering from the Chipotle app. As a result, I will notbe eating at this Chipotle location. Read more
This review has nothing to do with the employees, as they are certainly are trying their best. But this may be one of the worst... locations of chipotle to go to. I live in Dallas, but frequent this location when visiting family often. -The guacamole is hitor miss, frequently lacking a lot of flavor. -They are frequently understaffed (management have you thought about paying a fewmore bucks an hour????) -They randomly and without warning go digital only, leading to frustration when I drive there just to behit with the next ordering window 20 minutes out Chipotle is the GOAT of fast casual, but this location is literally the worstof the best. This location is terrible. Beware ordering guacamole because it?s hit or miss whether it taste completely rotten or not. I live... near by so I come here often but they always switch from being online prefer only and then the next day they will turn offonline ordering for whatever reason. Doesn?t deserve any stars- terrible experience- my poor husband?s bowl barely had any rice. My daughters Steak burrito looked... pathetic- they ran out of chips. My steak bowl looked horrible - the steak looked dry & my rice portion was supposed to be extra& looked like a normal portion should be! This isn?t the first horrible experience- it has happened before but I had hoped for abetter experience- I once enjoyed Chipotle but this restaurant has since changed my mind! Chicken burrito bowl Portion size gets smaller and prices continue to increase. This is probably more a function of corporate... policy... Shrinkflation. Back in the day. It was a large stacked portion. Now it barely meets the rim of the disk ( which isalso smaller). 2/3 rice, 1/4 meat plus corn salsa and shredded cheese. (versus 50/50 before) - of you want more meat it costsextra. That was the advantage of the burrito bowl versus the burrito wrap. Generally larger serving Flavour profile remainsreasonably good - better with the meat than the brown rice. However there is not enough meat in the bowl to have a mouthful witheach fork full.
