I ordered a chicken salad and asked for mild enchilada sauce instead of salad dressing. They said no problem. Rang me up and... then I noticed they charged me an extra $2 bucks for the sauce. (I?ve done this a couple times before and there was no chargebecause it was a simple exchange.) I asked the girl working and she said that was policy. My boyfriend and I are in town for work and we had never been to this type of fast service dining, so we wanted to try a few... things and had some questions...we were assisted by one of the friendliest, most helpful staff (Pohaku)...he explained themeats, the sauces, and gave us a delicious burrito suggestion (we felt like VIP ) :) ...super kind and patient....overall, avery pleasant experience and even cheaper than Chipotle. ;) Not to mention the horchata was sweet and creamy (not watery), witha good dose of cinnamon and spice ! Seriously? You can?t take the time to make a simple cheese quesadilla? I?ll find another location.
We went here to pickup some takeout. They had no mango dressing which is basically the only thing they have that?s better than... cafe rio. That was a small annoyance compared to when we tried to pay, it forces you to tip. The ?no tip? button is disabled soyou are forced to tip when paying with a card. Why should I tip to pickup takeout?
