Best bagels in the Salt Lake Valley. I live a half mile away and get a breakfast sandwich here two to three times a week. Just... amazing. I only gave four stars because one of the guys puts all the jalapeños on the middle of the bagel. Stop doing thisdude. The jalapeño bagel is so much better when the jalapeños are spread out all over the top of the bagel. You?re killing me!I almost want to get this guy?s work schedule and avoid the mornings that he works. Seriously. My only other suggestion would beto get a griddle and actually cook fresh sausage, egg and bacon for the breakfast sandwiches instead of just using microwavedmeats. If you did that, you?d probably have the best breakfast sandwiches in the valley narrowly beating out the Peeto at Roots. Read more

Rich's Bagels has the nicesr people. They customer service is superior and they are so sweet and kind with every order I... make. The Asiago bagel is my favorite by far, but people like the other bagels too. It is delicious and ao fresh! You canobserve people working in the background getting the goodies done. I love and recommend them as the best bagel around. Read more
Not sure if we just had a bad experience, but our bagel sandwiches were very small with no substance. The food is great, but the... price we paid for our wimpy sandwich was not worth it. Read more

When you work or even just eat there you become part of a family. It was the bestjob I ever had. Best food I ever had. I still wish for the Asiago cheese bagels. They will overnight them to you.
