Really flawed menu experience. I was ordering food for my kids, the menu said nothing about macaroni and cheese and we... couldn’t see that that was an option from the order area. We ordered pizza slices and made our way down the line when my 6year old started crying for the Mac and cheese once it came into view. Had I known they had that, she could have ordered whatshe wanted. The menu also shows Medium and Large as the only size options for drinks, so I ordered each of my kids a Mediumassuming that was the smallest option. The worker forgot to ring us up for one drink and only then did I look around past thecounter to see smaller cup sizes available than the gargantuan and expensive Medium that was way too big for any of my kids. Sothen he rang us up for the drink he forgot, frankly it was his fault but still charged for it. Really annoyed about the menu, though. My kids said their pizza was good once the Mac and cheese had been forgotten about. Read more

The food is very good. The service is probably 3 out of 5. Price 0 out of 5, this was my biggest problem with this place. They... sell there fountain drinks for four dollars and only give you one refill when they are probably making over 200% profit, so wejust got water. Another problem was they charged everyone for none cash payments. I don't like places only out for profit. Read more

5/5 for the food. 2/5 for the service. It's like the workers didn't know what they were doing. Everything still came out good... and I really csre more about the good than the service. The Stromboli was super good. I haven't had a ton of Stromboli but thebacon sausage pepperoni was super tasty. The baked ziti was really good. The white cheddar Mac N cheese was fine, I don'trecommend, I also didn't order it. The pepperoni pizza was good, what you expect for $6. The breadsticks tasted like plain breadthat was a little crunchy, I also don't recommend, and I also didn't order them. Everything my fiancé ordered was mediocre, everything I ordered tasted great. Overall, if you haven't had a stromboli, come and try one, I bet you'll like it more thanpizza. Read more

My mom and I bought a small (the only size they have) "premium" salad, it's very small, and the lettuce was wilted and old, and... the croutons were soggy. The man who "took" my order was in a black shirt (manager?) with no gloves on with filthy hands, he"took" my order then walked off into the back and didn't come back out til I paid. I stood there and waited and realized no onewas even making the salad until I got to the register, and when she starts to make it she didn't know how and was saying "she'sonly ordering a salad?". When I was paying the cashier was explaining how to use it acting like I've never used a card reader.Another man who was working used common sense and was confused why it was taking so long to ring me and other customers up.
