Tiburon is a restaurant we love to go to. The menu offers fish, steak, elk, chicken, and lamb dishes. Warm bread is served with... a delicious compound butter. We ordered the scallops for an appetizer, and they were excellent, with a very flavorful sauce.Entrees come with a salad (greens, apple slices, pecans, mozzarella,a sun-dried tomato, and a balsamic style dressing). Entréesalso are served with vegetables. Our party ordered the Beef Tenderloin, Elk Tenderloin, and a Filet Minion special served with apuffed pastry on top with shrimp within. Everyone loved their meal! The service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommendTiburon! Read more

This was my first time at Tiburon and it was so wonderful! Our party tried the crab cakes and scallops as appetizers. I got a... Georgia sour for a drink, it was perfect for someone that doesn't drink booze often (me). The Moscow mule my dad and sister hadwere good too. There was delicious bread and butter and a salad before your meal with a watermelon pallette cleanser before themain course. I got the Atlantic salmon and it was so wonderful. We also tried the cinnamon ice cream and the white chocolatecheesecake for dessert. The cinnamon ice cream was delectable and the cheesecake was very smooth and had a fantastic crust. Iwould definitely come here again for a fancier dining experience! Read more

My husband took me here for our first anniversary dinner. First impressions? There’s not much atmosphere. The tables are very... close together. It’s noisy. If you want a romantic, intimate dinner, find another place. I actually moved from one spot atthe table to another because my arm kept hitting the arm of a woman seated at the table next to us. However, the service fromour waitress and other staff was great. But let’s talk food. It’s the reason I will come back. I liked the crab cakes weordered for an appetizer. They are small, and I thought the flavor of the crab was over shadowed by the other flavors. I chosethe New Zealand elk for the main entre, cooked medium rare. It was perfect! Melt in my mouth. Rich flavor. The mashed potatoes, mushroom Bruxelles, the vegetables, all added to the total experience. Overall a wonderful dinner! Read more

Wonderful attentive service. We started with the crab cakes but wish we went with the scallops. Couldn’t taste much crab. The... house salad is very well done and comes with the dinner. My wife had the New Zealand Elk and loved it. I went with the Ahi Tunaand it surpassed my expectations. It was delicious. Perfectly spiced and seared. Celebrating got us a nice cheesecake dessert. We also wanted a crème brûlée and it was good. Yet it tasted like most good ones and didn’t set itself apart as special. Iwould likely go for the chocolate mousse if I went again. With a well deserved tip, we spent about $150 for the two of us. Theonly thing keeping this from a five star experience is the dining room is crowded, noisy, and busy. The tables are too closetogether and we bumped elbows with other guests and both sides of us. Tiburon is a great choice for everyone. I go whenever I'm in the vicinity. This is even where I chose for my 30th birthday... dinner. The meat-loving man in the group loved the elk. The chef made our vegetarian diner a veggie plate that everyone else wasjealous of, beautiful and full of flavor. My personal highlights were the watermelon palette cleanser, an unexpected delight, and the bread & butter for the table. Sit outside if you can. It feels like you're miles from everything. Oh, and how cute thatthe garden is strollable in the warm months! Adds such a great air of ambience to the farm-to-table aesthetic. I just love howintimate it feels to dine here - upscale without the "see and be seen" vibes. Read more
