Compassionate, hard-working staff. I had an unfortunate situation tonight where I had to leave before getting the food I paid... for. I felt awkward returning an hour later and didn't know what to say, but I didn't have to say anything. Quite literally the worse Wendy's I have ever had the displeasure of ordering food from. I have lived in a home within walking... distance for 2 years and every single time they have messed up my order. I can understand once or twice it happens. But withoutfail every single time I have ordered from this Wendy's be it drive-through, in store, or Doordash they have messed the orderup. Would recommend driving the extra five minutes to the one just past 7200. Read more

Fries were cold right after going through the drive thru at dinnertime. Had to go back to get food that was left out of my... order. I couldn't go into the dining room because it was closed for some reason even though the sign said it should have beenopen. To corporate, it's obvious your food costs more now and your sandwiches are thinner. The chicken sandwich used to be waythicker. Going to have to pass next time on Wendy's. Read more
