Zao always hits the spot; hearty, but not heavy. It satisfies, but it doesn?t leave you feeling gross. I highly recommend Zao to... anyone who want something filling but not overly so. Both the yakisoba noodle bowl and soup noodle bowl are pretty good! They are not only delicious but balancedwith various veggies and good amount of proteins. I?ve heard good things about Zao and was excited to try it. I?m so happy to have more healthy options when it comes to eating... out. I love that they gave me the option to have a veggie base in my bowl because I try to avoid rice and noodles. The steak inmy bowl was really tender and yummy and I liked the teriyaki sauce.
