Unfortunately the service here has changed. First and foremost, I've caught Waji watering down my Smoothie and using non Kale... Me Crazy ingredients (like Jiffy Peanut Butter). They are cutting corners. Secondly, after a Hiatus I'd decided to give them asecond chance because they are close to home. They're understaffed which I can understand. However, on today I'd gone in toorder a Smoothie and it was taking long to prepare so I'd asked to cancel the order. They charged me for another Smoothieinstead. I'd asked to be refunded and instead they asked if I could "wait a few minutes they'll prepare my Smoothie fast". Iwaited and was handed my Smoothie. I'd asked about the refund for the overcharge (I paid for 2 Smoothies) and was told that Ihad to write my number down and wait to speak with the manager. That's a very shady way to do business! Employees there cantake your hard earned money (they can be trusted to do that) yet when they make a mistake they have no ability to refund. That's a problem. The owner is great.
