Great customer service! The buns were phenomenal! The toppings were fresh. I highly recommend the Ultimate and load it up with... toppings to your delight! The banana pudding was good however I prefer my cookies to be a little softer. My suggestion would beto crumble the cookies placed on top as a garnish. Thanks again to both employees that were working October 7 lunch shift. Youguy were both awesome! I had just had a back procedure done and I did appreciate the cook dropping my sandwich off with me. Good and fresh. Seemed a bit flat flavor-wise. Not sure if it was, for my preference, slightly under baked bread and/or lack of... seasoning added to the lettuce, tomato and onion toppings. I wasn't there to observe the assembly. Will give it another go. Read more
I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in the entire staff greeted me. The cashier was very helpful and... friendly, they even had a special going on where you get a free combo with any sandwhich. The food was AMAZING! I?m fromPhiladelphia so I was delighted to see a ?hoagie? spot down south lol the bread is so good and fresh; I even tried their soup ofthe day which was also amazing. These sandwiches have potential but they are so wet and mushy. My bread basically disintegrated from all the excess oil and... vinegar. It was pretty gross and I didn?t finish the sandwich. My lettuce was a brown slime from the amount of oil and vinegarput on the sandwich. Definitely my first and last time coming here ???? Read more

I called in my sandwich order @1:12pm (cheese steak with lettuce, raw onions, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, chipotle mayo) and went... into the store to pick it up @1:22pm. When I got into the car, I noticed that to the touch the sandwich was cold. When I gothome. I warmed up the sandwich and started eating. On my second bite, I noticed there was no raw onions, no oil/vinegar, hardlyany meat on the second half of my sandwich, hardly any mayo, and no salt/pepper; which I ordered.
