Great place for sushi, me and my husband are a little particular about eating raw fish so we chose what best suited us from the... menu and both the sushi choices we made were great! I’d recommend that you prefer their signature rolls as they are unique andfilling. They come with an outside too which makes the sushi more delicious. Also, cannot forget the sake we had, samurai bladewas so good. Just keep in mind that most of the options have raw fish and eel sauce, they do exclude eel sauce if you mention sofor some folks like us options will be limited. Overall a great dining experience. How disappointing was our experience at One Sushi… I’m expecting, and I hoped for some “cooked” sushi options. Most... places accommodate and have an already set number of rolls, similar to here. Here’s where & why I believe theyfailed… First image: Lunch special - $18 (seems reasonable) First Roll - Crab Crunch Roll - imitation crab, rice, seaweed,STUFFED with tempura flakes. No avocado, no cucumber, no cream cheese or anything. Topped with eel sauce… Second Roll -Shrimp Tempura Roll - rice, seaweed, STUFFED, again, with tempura flakes and topped with Shrimp. REALLY? I’m paying $18 forrice, seaweed, tempura flakes, imitation crab and maybe one or two shrimps if that (your cost…~$3). I get the cost ofbusiness, margins, overhead, etc. but what a way to rip your customers off. Second Image My husband also got the lunch specialfor $18 and got the Spicy Tuna roll and Salmon roll. For what he got, the price is reasonable. Food quality - 2 out 5 Service -3 out 5 Location - 4 out 5 Don’t recommend this place and will certainly won’t be back… make the trip to somewhere else. Great experience. Friendly, attentive staff. Quiet atmosphere. We ordered stuffed jalapeños, beef teriyaki, the one volcano... roll, "lady in red" roll and spicy tuna roll. For dessert we had tempura ice cream. Everything was packed with flavor. It ispriced higher than other sushi places but it comes across in the flavors and presentations, at least was our experience.
