It was difficult to order because they didn?t seem to be listening. They were out of hot drink cups. They handed a drink to us... with liquid all over the outside of the cup. We got decent coffee but it wasn?t a great Starbucks experience. Read more
The manager Kayla is extremely rude. They refused in cafe purchases and would only serve the drive through. What if you don?t... have a car? You have to stand outside in the car line to order? that?s ridiculous and they have bad customer service. Read more
1. An employee almost plowed over me at the entrance. We made eye contact in plenty of time. But as I opened the door he lowered... his shoulder & kept coming. This Starbucks always gets my order wrong, never has my order ready and constantly is out of everything in the app even though... they have it in store.
