Ismale, the manager, is the absolute worst. He left off an entire meal on my order so we went back to get the rest of our food.... The manager, Ismale, was unapologetic and stated that he didn?t forget anything so he doesn?t know how that happened. We arelocals and eat here a lot, this service was completely unacceptable. I observed an employee which appear to be a manager by the name of Cody absolutely disrespect another customer. He became very... insulting, loud, and argumentative. Apparently the customer was upset about a wrong order and the employee by the name of Cody.Additionally the Assistant Manager by the name of Ismael just stood there and didn?t try to Deescalate the situation. It?s wasvery unprofessional and disgusting. I will not be back. This is the second time I encountered rude and unprofessional employeeshere, literally this week.
