Today, I gave this place one last chance. Unfortunately the same story was repeated. Waited 20 min in carline when just 2 cars... were in front of me. I ordered finally 1 plain pancake and 1 avocado toast. I paid and the lady asked me to proceed and wait atthe front in my car. I waited 15 min and nothing. After loosing my patience, I walked inside and asked for my food and the guyin the counter says, oh your food is here. He handled it to me and of course it was COLD! The whole entire time the food wasthere. I just walked away and immediately complained to a lady that look like the manager. I DO NOT recommend this place! This place, as the other Dunkin Donuts places I've been to in the area have their good days and bad days. Today it was that they... didn't have any donuts and were having a hard time figuring out orders. Luckily I ordered a bagel, which they did have. But,they still had to make it for me when I got to the window despite me ordering it online 15 minutes earlier (the 15 minutes werespent waiting in the drive-through line). They used to all have their acts together pretty good, but these days it seems likethey have a brand new crew learning the ropes every day (I've also seen them have no crew). Read more

Hands down the WORST Dunkin I?ve ever been too. The employees are rude. I ordered through the app and was informed at the... window, after waiting 40 mins, that they didn?t have half of my order in stock. They then told me that I need to ask for arefund in the app, there is no option for that. They are supposed too give you a refund in cash as this has happened in the pastat other locations and they refused. Of course no one to call for the app until Monday. Ordered one donut & they didn?t have the common sense to put it frostingup. So all the frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag. Starbucks is right down the road.
