To me, any stores success is determined on the people (employees) that you hire to operateyour business. When a business is frequented by regular customer's on the norm, then the success rate goes up on it becoming athriving business. Hire the wrong employees, then you get bad ratings and poor sales. Always quick and easy. Went by this morning and expected short talk at the register like other places because who likes... mornings? Not me! Instead, the lady was very friendly and we had an actual conversation! Nothing big, but she made all thedifference in my morning.
