Corporate has failed this location. This is literally one of two McDonald's catering to a growing area and corporate is NOT... keeping up. Every single time we have ordered inside it takes an act of congress to get anyone's attention to take anorder. There will be a lobby full of customers just standing around waiting while staff in the back walk by, walk past thecustomers, walk up TO the counter, and not a single person makes eye contact or even bothers to address one customer. Not untilsomeone steps up and says "Yeah, so, we've been here ten minutes...is there anyone working up front?" Like, how long doesMcDonald's allow customers to just stand around and wait to order? How many people have to walk out and go somewhere else beforethey do something about it? Meanwhile the kitchen is FULL of workers. We're talking 10+ people actively working the kitchen,yet not one of them addresses the entire lobby full of waiting people. Not to mention, the place is never clean. The floors arealways covered in trash and food, the actual trash can is overflowing, and supplies are always out. There's a lot of potentialand every missed opportunity to make this place decent. I wish I could give this location zero stars. I?ve been here multiple times and they always leave something out of my order.... This time it was four sausage biscuits. That?s a lot of money gone.
