Terrible staff. Accused of lying about why our pizza wasn?t delivered. The driver delivered the wrong pizza with the wrong name... and address on the box, said she?d be right back, then when she didn?t show we called the store. The person who answered wasimmediately suspicious of us and said he was told the driver ran off because of a loose dog at our home. Why lie about that? Soweird. We checked ring footage because we thought we were going crazy. Don?t go here unless you love baseless accusations andgaslighting. Read more
Accidentally ordered at a wrong location and immediately called to cancel. The phone number listed is just a tech support line... that hangs up on you. Absolutely horrible costumer service. Also if you thought hold music was bad then you'll hate the selfadvertising annoying guy repeating as you wait for hours on hold. Read more
I have been to this Papa John's several times and used a County discount card. It was never an issue until today. I was told... that I couldn't use my discount card since I ordered a special. That's interesting since every other time I ordered a special Iwas allowed to use my discount card. The manager basically called me a liar and said they never honor a card with a coupon. Iwill not return. It was only worth going when they honor my discount card. Otherwise there are better options for the price. Read more

I'd give less stars if it was possible. I ordered pizza for my kids who were having a sleep over with friends. After over an... hour of waiting I started calling the store with no one answering. The status tracker was still saying the were preparing mypizza. I finally gave up and ordered food from another restaurant because I had hungry kids waiting for food. Turns out that Ireceived an email saying that my order was canceled with no explanation as to why. They sure charged my card though. And no onebothered to reach out and let me know that it was canceled or why.ive never had great experiences qith this location in thepast. They usually undercook the pizza or forget to put something in the order. But this one took the cake for me. I definitelywill no longer be a customer here. Read more
