I am often cynical about the quality of Starbucks locations. Because they are chains they look and feel identical everywhere,... which sometimes means identical mediocrity. This particular Starbucks was like others in most ways, but had two noteworthyexceptions. One: the bathrooms were pretty clean. This is important since now that everyone knows that you can walk into anyStarbucks and use the bathroom without buying anything, the bathrooms are often like public restrooms in cleanliness--meaningfilthy. This locations bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Although the bathroom did have hair on the ground, some Fresno statestudent must have groomed herself in the bathroom. The second notable difference is that the customer service was surprisinglysatisfactory. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and green tea. They must have forgotten the tea, and when the manager realizedthis he made an earnest effort to make up. He promptly brought the tea, gave me a larger size, an extra tea bag and a giftcertificate.
