Re: very rude server Location: Bristol St. Costa Mesa, Ca I was starving and tired expecting a lovely evening at Chipotle, and... there's only one customer being served in front of me and later 2 came in. I was served by a polite and kind lady. I asked toadd vegies and pointed the salsa I want. Another server next to my server was moving fast and helped scoop vegies and slammed itto the bowl and tried to hurry me, asking me like "make it fast" and to say red or green salsa instead of pointing at it , itmakes slower, customers are waiting (am I not a customer, I waited long also), she repeated twice because i didn't pay attentionat first, I didn't know she's talking to me. I felt attacked, disrespected, and like an unwanted customer. Regarding the foodserved, we always love Chipotle, only I noticed they served less everytime! Read more

+2 stars for the location, a clean dining area and usually having plenty of staff to move a busy line along. -3 stars for the... service for the following reasons: every time I go, I ask for "very little" or "light" sour cream on my burrito or bowl, andthe server (whoever it is, they all do this) always takes the serving spoon and puts a huge glop of sour cream on it, theirnormal amount. Completely ignoring my request. I even started to wait until I had their eye contact and attention, and made myrequest louder in case they couldn't hear me with all the vent and ovens in the back. Same thing. Then they (again, everyemployee working the supply line) proceed to overstuff the burrito beyond reason. When they roll the burrito at the end, youcan see ingredients spilling out from the sides, but as long as the aluminum foil is wrapped around it, they don't seem to carewhat the quality of their product is on the inside.
