Located on the corner of 17th St. & Tustin Ave. next to The Coffee Bean with plenty of parking. Don't expect fast service... because it'll take a bit and well, good sandwiches are not "fast". I went in yesterday Saturday at about 11am, I paid $14.41 fora Medium Smoked Turkey Breast Combo which includes a drink & bag of chips. The sandwich was super good and satisfying, customerservice could be better however...it's kind of awkward when your food is being handled and the staff seems bothered (there was agirl getting trained and she was super nice though). I?ve never had this type of bad experience at this location ever until today. CHECK your subs before you leave we got four subs... 3 Cajuns and one bacon turkeys ranch . I had to literally throw away my sub because the Cajuns chicken was cold! Like freezingcold! Not only was my Cajun sub Cold but all 3 of them were!! I don?t mean cold as it?s been sitting out I mean cold as in justcame out the fridge. Today was disappointing I don?t know if I want to come back this place has been slacking lately. I will probably decline when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I... wait a long time for them to make the food but is the attitude of the staff looking down on customers unacceptable or is thishow they are trained to communicate with customers? they're too young and they shouldn't have such an attitude. those were theprevious times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I waited a long time to receive my order and they gave me anopened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and unsafe. I asked them to close it but they said we don't do that here. ohit's amazing to have this kind of service and i can't take a picture of that employee because of privacy violation but she's abit big and has tattoos on her arms along with her coworker named Nathan. If she reads this comment or the manager can, pleaseimprove her customer service and be more professional in her behavior. Read more
