This is by far the worst customer service i've received. I ordered my food and they literally took more than an hour just to... give me my food, i went and ordered two t- bone steaks and got mac and cheese and pancakes for my kids and as i was waiting formy food i saw other people that was there after me were getting their food and the waitress would not even go to our table myfamily was waiting for more than an hour and my kids were hungry ,Of course they're going to get fussy and the waitress i thinkher name was diana didnt even bother taking my kids food at least.. so if you go there dont ever get steak because they willliterally take more than an hour to give you the food . As i was paying i ask the waitress if i could speak to the manager andall he said was that they were busy when i was there. A customer in front of me got the same thing and he got it done rightaway. I would never go to this place again worst customer service.. i wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to this restaurant, andthey only laughed and didnt do anything about it. Read more

Seems this IHOP was taken over by a brand new management team recently. I didn?t get a chance to dine in yet but I do have good... experience of ordering for a birthday party of 20 kids. The manager (Mr. MEMO) is very kind and fun to talk to. He took notes ofpretty much everything I mentioned even some very little details. MEMO and his team did an amazing job!
