Had the bone in ribeye that cost 72$. For that price i expected a better steak. The sides where not impressive either. I had... better steak and truffle butter at other places that i rather go to. Read more

First time at Morton’s with my boyfriend for his birthday and it was great. We were seated right away and our server was with... us shortly. Our dinner was delicious and our server Higgin was kind enough to answer all of our questions in regards to the menusince it was our first time there. He also gave us some of his personal recommendations which I’m glad he did because we lovedit and not to mention he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Can't say enough good things about this place..Everything from the start is all first class here. The steaks was cook perfectly,... the wedge salad was tossed with the right amount of dressing, and our waiter Ben was awesome. You'll spend a pretty penny herebut its totally worth it, you won't be disappointed. Read more

I never write reviews but had to share how really terrible our experience was at Morton's this evening. Food was great but the... service was the worst that I believe I have ever experienced. I was a waitress in a high end restaurant in the past and canappreciate the dynamics of working in the environment. What we experienced was really not excusable! It took 30 minutes tohear that the wine that we ordered was not available and another nearly 30 minutes to get the bottle that we wanted as analternative. The sommelier was more concerned socializing with other tables and taking a personal phone call while he watchedhimself talking in the mirror IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT! He came over to our table to let us know our wine selection wasnot available and said he would return, but never came back to follow up! Our waitress, noting our irritation, got thealternate bottle of wine that we selected and brought it over herself. Then our main course came out 1 hour 15 minutes after wearrived, at which point we had 30 minutes before I needed to pick up my dogs from daycare, (which I let the waitress know inadvance). Even with putting my credit card on the table with 15 minutes to spare before I needed to leave, I ended up havingto depart the restaurant and my partner had to stay to pay the bill. (It took 15 minutes from the time that my credit cardwas picked up to have the waitress return to the table with the card and receipt to sign). I'm not sure what to say other thanthat we were frustrated from beginning to end!! We eat out at least once a week at similar type restaurants and so we wereshocked to experience the slow service from beginning to end. I will not spend my money in this restaurant again and with allof the similar high end steak restaurants in town......save yourself the frustration and make a reservation at a competitor.
