I order online 5 drinks, when I got there they weren't even notified about the drinks, I waited 15 minutes for it, the workers... there didn't know what to do one of the workers with curly hair didn't know the difference from caramel and chocolate, and aother worker (female) keept on giving me attitude. She then gave me a drink witch was not mine and when I asked her to redo theorder she said she wouldn't because she was sure it was my drink when I ask her why she was so sure she said because I look likea Maria, I found that comment very reacialy motivated because I'm a Mexican. I got a cold brew along with the box lunch of apple slices and grapes with the cheese and crackers. However instead of cold brew... they gave me regular coffee hich is more cheaper. When I asked them to replace it they seem reluctant and saying that it isbitter and if I want something else. I told them no I want my cold brew not the oced coffee and cream they're passing of as coldbrew. I described the taste and told them hot coffee has a more acidic taste while cold brew has a smoother taste. Theyreluctantly replaced it however they still gave me hot iced coffee.I knew it because it had the acidic after taste. I didn'twant to make a scene so I just took it as is and I refuse to come back again. This happened to me before here but I made aonline order and took it to go so I couldn't make the complaint then.
