One of the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had, it's equal if not better than Langer's
I?ve been on a New York in OC journey the past few weeks. You can?t crave NY and not have Pastrami. It?s not Katz Deli where... you can stroll in after a night of bar hopping and devour a whole sandwich on your own, but it?s a pretty darn good sandwich forlunch on a beautiful sunny day in SoCal. Really unassuming location. Quiet with lots of parking. Lots of seating indoors andoutdoors. Service was great. And the food was delicious. We got the Hot Pastrami, Matzoball in soup broth, knish, and a blackand white cookie. The pastrami sandwich hit the spot. Even the rye bread alone was tasty. The knish was flavorful. I was looking to try a new pastrami place and this was it! The food was so delicious they make a lot of everything there.... Definitely coming back the staff was so nice and welcoming. I felt a little uncomfortable eatting it really has nothing to dowith the restaurant but there was a homeless man that sat a table next to me and stared at me while I was trying to eat.
