My experience with the food has been a solid 5 both take out and on site and I go there 3 to 4 times a month . My observation... is the appearance of the restaurant is in need of s serious cleaning, painting and overall sprucing up. The deteriorating pationeeds to be replaced. Read more
I came cause I know the food is good. The girl that took my order didn't seem happy to be there. The other girl behind the... register looked pist off to be therr. They told me 20 minutes for our order. 45 minutes later I asked about our food and thegirl said for me to go check around the corner for it. She NEVER instructed me at the beginning that pick up was elsewhere ormuch less a sign. Their communication is horrible. I would give Fresco a 5 star if it wasn't for the young shorter lady with the long lashes last night 11/3/2021 running the... register. Everytime she is at the register she never says hello to customers or smiles. She also rolls her eyes at customerswhen they don't understand things. I have noticed this with her several times when I visit this restaurant. Everyone else atthis restaurant is amazing with their customer service!! FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Read more
