Really great location and room for the price. I stayed in the pool view king room and it was huge! We had our own little patio... view of the pool and the accommodation in the room was clean and up to my standards for this 3 star hotel. Listen, if you could stomach to stay at a low end Vegas hotel such as Luxor, MGM, or Excalibur, Lemon Tree Inn will suit you... just right. I went through many reviews on here, and people look for things to complain about and lack some humility. If you'reinto the fine details, look elsewhere, this hotel is not for you. You're more suited to stay at a 4+ star hotel. My stay herewas terrific, there are definitely some negatives but overall the hotel suited my needs. The room is pretty big. The bathroomarea is very spacious with the sink separated from the toilet and shower. There's a mini fridge, iron, TV, 2 reading couches,big table, and a clothes drawer. The beds were comfortable, the A/C was cold. The balcony excellent, it had a coffee table andtwo seats. Perfect to spend a morning there, sipping on coffee or tea or a quick smoke while seeing the beautiful garden theyhave. Very chill. Onto the bad. The pillows were uncomfortable, really needed more pillows. Not enough towels and the room hada slight smell but not enough to defer my opinion of the place. Parking was fine. For the price and location it was 100% worthit. I was only 5-10min away from the Mission, Natural Museum, Downtown, and the Pier. I would definitely go back. Read more

Spend hundreds of dollars a night in a room that shouldn't cost more than 10! Room reeked of cigarette smoke and dog. Air... conditioner unit was not working properly and all the outlets wouldn't work because plugs would slip out of the sockets.(maintenance came and gave us a three-way splitter to help). Floors were uncleaned and dirty. Bathtub and toilet had grime andstray hairs. Service was helpful and on top of things. Can't beat the location. Spent 4 nights here- 2 at once and 1 night on the return trip. Good location. Great food at restaurant. Front desk staff not at... all engaging. Charged more than my reserved confirmation. Dirty towels in room the first night. No refrigerator in room on ourreturn trip and no towels. Ask for a pen and they directed me to a store up the road. The location is great. A nice discovery. I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in the summer of 2022 as I used it as a base to explore Santa Barbara.... Very good location, just a few minutes drive from the beach and the center. The room was very large and very nice. Very highlevel of cleanliness. Only flaw was not including breakfast. Read more
