Curb side pick up is a joke. Total waste of time. Check everything WHILE they are standing there. They try and walk away. ... But 99% of the time the order is wrong and then you have to go in and stand in line. I make them wait now. I have had to driveback MANY times. Read more
I've been to McDonald's all over California in 40 plus years. Something is terribly wrong here. The drive thru order taker was... some young kid "with an attitude" trying to make everything as "difficult as possible". The I go to the pick up window and Theygive me a cup of "hot milk" instead of my hot latte that I ordered, and when I told them about it the next day they pretendedthey didn't even hear me, and then When they gave me my new order, the strawberry smoothie I ordered was a cup "full of whipcream only" no strawberry at all. They pretended nothing was wrong with it but made me another one at my insistence and it endedbeing the same thing. A cup full of whip cream. Still no response. Still insisting it was a strawberry smoothie. PI got mymoney back from them and the girl at the window said; "If you don't like it don't come back here no more" Huh? A surrealexperience. Hard to believe that it actually happened, and the manager stood there and didn't say a word. Didn't try to help meor resolve the issue or give me my money back for the latte that I paid for and never got. Their attitude was they were doing mea favor by ripping me off and offending me.
