Shang hai is so yummy scrumptious delicious, it is a good deal for a box of chicken and rice for about 5-6$. Went here before a concert a few weeks back. First time since the new owners. She waited on us herself. Very nice. Food was... just as good as before. I took my boss for her 83rd birthday. She loves ShangHai. She hadn't been there since the new owner atthat time either. She loved it. I recommend it. Great place Read more
Change of ownership recently. Food is nowhere near as good as it was. Such a shame it was my favorite Chinese restaurant ever.
