Raised the price on everything and they serve cold cheese dip. You have to remind them that the cheese dip should be warmed up.
We ordered the pretzel bucket and the pretzel nuggets were very sweet and bitter even though we ordered the original.
The took more than 30 min for my order to be ready I can?t believe how useless their employees are
Dont ever go here. The person that helped me was super rude and refused to accept our custom order of a sweet almond pretzel... bites. The pretzel they sold me was super small, stale, and cold. I have been going to Auntie Anne's for years and I have neverbeen so disappointed or turned away for custom orders. Worst customer service ever. Read more
