I would like to say this place is awesome. The manager Michael is sooooo sweet. He has such a great personality and he's enjoys... receiving feedback from customers. The soup that I had today was so amazing Tom Kah Gai. I'm telling you this soup was socomforting. I really enjoyed it on this cold day. Love the place with friendly staff and the tea, Ordered matcha royale with 25% sweetness with topped with honey bobba so mellow.
Extremely low customer service!! Low quality tea! To make their job easier they have all the teas pre-made( so god knows when... the batch was made) and you can?t adjust the drinks to your taste, and when you ask, they simply refuse to make it for you, likesorry we already have customer who like it the way that it is, we don?t need you!!!! Also I wanted refund or a store credit fora drink I didn?t like and I couldn?t enjoy, and the shift manager simply declined, and said they can?t!!! And that?s how itis!!! Read more
