The person at the register taking orders was not properly trained. I ordered a meal, he rang it up as a single sandwich. I... ordered a sandwich on sourdough, he rang it up as seeded bun. I ordered a second drink, he didn't give me the second cup andwhen I asked again, a woman employee in a red tee came over. I said I had two fountain drinks and she took away the water cup Iasked for. I said I wanted that water cup and she had to give me another. I asked again for my second fountain drink cup andthey charged me for a third drink instead. When I complained, the woman employee in the red tee shirt said I had an attitude. Iguess complaining about an incorrect order is considered having an attitude. When we finally got our order, the ahi tuna waspractically raw, not grilled. We left!. They obviously don't want our business, which is fine with me because they lost it. Ifiled a complaint with their feedback department. I know absolutely nothing will happen, except I will never go back to thisplace again. Good job on losing a long time customer! Definitely DO NOT go to this location if you have any food intolerances or allergies. Three times in a row they put cheese on my... burger even though I?m dairy intolerant and all three times I ordered the charburger with no cheese. The green beans were really good, my mom said she was not pleased with her hamburger, I thought the chicken sandwich was OK,... because the meat was pounded down so thin, the fries were not bad, sodas were good amount of bubbles. This was one of my mom'sfavorite places we enjoyed our time there and she "LOVED" sitting out by the fountain afterward, she is an elderly woman, who isdealing with sickness. We love Habit Burger. We always enjoy it. We went to this particular location for the first time 11/9/2022 Wednesday Evening -... very weird employee who was taking our order. No discipline within employees. This location is louder than other habit burgerlocations. Taste is so bad. Fries were cold and mushy. No at all real habit burger quality.
