All I can suggest is, pay your employees more so they actually want to do a good job and not get fired. After a few years, this... is definitely the worst I've gotten from Cafe Rio. Photo is my "salad". There's literally like 2 pieces of Lettuce. And atablespoon of meat. Read more

This is more of a plea to the new ownership of Cafe Rio. St. George was your flagship store. It is a staple of our community. ... It?s a food we crave but the experience is so poor that sometimes you can?t even go. Note - I fully understand the laborshortage and how hard it is to get employees. I ordered a to go order for a 6 PM promise time. This location is 20 mins from myhouse and I was cool to wait (I expected it). I?ve been here for over an hour. While waiting - I saw this sign. Also note - itis Ironman week. There were 3 people working . The to go order tickets were so many that they were touching the floor. Nobodywas working the to go orders. Please - make Cafe Rio great again ???? Read more

I've always had a great experience there. Food is good. Service is good, sometimes fun (order nachos and see what I mean). It's... a cold inside (that's for women in my family who think so...I think it's perfect). I only had one problem with delivery and thatwas a mix of their fault for not checking the independent driver's bags and the driver for not paying attention. Read more

We really tried to give this restaurant a chance. When Cafe Rio opened in Santa Clara we were excited. We?ve been somewhat... regular customers for a couple of years. However, they?ve messed up our orders a few times now. It was their most recent mistakethat prompted us to never eat there again. Part of our order was for two sweet pork burritos. They were supposed to come withsweet pork but there was none added. I had drive back down there and have them remake the burritos. Now the right thing to do inthis situation would be to comp the burritos and give them to me free because now you?ve wasted my time. However, they wereeither unable or unwilling to comp us. My wife even called them on the phone asking for a comp/refund. She was hung up onmultiple times or transferred to a customer service phone queue. (Long wait, go figure? lol) The bottom line is their policiesare horrible. Their customer service is horrible. They seem to make quite a few mistakes with their online orders, so if you?redoing pick up, make sure to check ALL of your food before leaving the store. We won?t be eating there anymore. It?s not worththe trouble. Read more

Have gone to this Cafe Rio a handful of times since it opened a couple years ago. Every single time--literally--the food... experience has been horrible. Cold and old and inconsistent. And they are ALWAYS out of steak. There at least used to be a nicecheerful fella working there that would at least be as helpful as possible with all the issues, but lately its just a bunch offolks with horrible attitudes that either don't know what they're doing, or don't care--or probably both. I've tried to chalk itup to just being pains of being a "new" store, but its now been open for around 2 years and it has gotten WORSE. I am done withthis store and will never be going here again. Would give ZERO stars if I could, cause they don't even deserve the onestar. Further, I emailed Cafe Rio corp in with my latest experience (which I NEVER do, but this time was prob the worst diningexperience I've had my entire life) that I had there a few weeks back and asked for a call back from corporate (well, I alsotried to call them, but it went to voicemail saying they were too busy), but nobody ever called me back. I've been eating atCafe Rio for over 20 years, starting with the original one in Provo. The entire organization has gone down hill since theoriginal family sold it. I'll be giving my business elsewhere now. Read more
