I went in on Friday December 2 around 12 pm and waited for 15 minutes and it wasn't that full and no one helped me then went... through the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes more and same thing so I ended up on McDonald's and was faster I like DQ butthis time I was disappointed the food is good it's just the staff Read more
We could not believe how terrible the customer service was when we ordered ice cream last night (11/22/22). My husband ordered a... banana split with just all hot fudge sauce. When the young girl presented it to us, it was a regular banana split. When we saidit was supposed to be all hot fudge, instead of being polite and apologizing, she half grunted and half sighed disrespectfullylike it was our fault, didn?t say a word, closed the window and walked away in a huff. She returned and didn?t say a word as shehanded it to us. We had to ask for spoons and she didn?t even offer napkins.
