Sometimes we get so busy and work late that we need a quick meal solution that delivers..but we live in a town where places... close fairly early. Other pizza huts in town close at 11pm but the one we live by closes at 10pm.. We've wanted to order foodaround 950pm more than once and I'd obviously be fine with it coming from a spot that doesn't close in 10minutes, but the appautomatically sets me up with the sunset store based off my address. Feeling like a jerk I've ordered from there just beforeclosing, (I tip a lot) but am nervous the employee will be disgruntled they're getting off later thanks to me...however they'vealways been totally friendly and made me feel comfortable with my jerky ordering time and my food is always perfect! If I could give these guys no stars, I would. I pay $40 for 12 bone in wings, 8 boneless wings and 5 breadsticks. To get home,... see that my ?8 boneless wings? were legitimately just the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. I wouldn?t classify this aswings. And then they add a container of honey bbq sauce for the breadsticks and claim that it was marinara, which my wife askedbefore even leaving if it was marinara that was being put in with the breadsticks. And then to wait on hold for over 20 minutesto try and get ahold of the manager to get this fixed, and to not have my call answered is some absolute bull. They were so friendly and great to work with!! The call center had mixed up a couple things on our order but Neva was so sweet... and got it all fixed for us and went out of her way to make it easier on us. Seriously great service- they should be proud!! Read more
We ordered 2 medium pizzas one with pepperoni and one super supreme pizza what we got was a cheese pizza and pepperoni! When we... called the store they told us they thought or order was weird that had come through cause it was showing on there end a supersupreme with no toppings. So my husband asked who pays extra money for a cheese pizza why wouldn?t you call and confirm since wepaid extra for a super supreme. We were told it was our issue and they could credit us or refund but it would be over1 hour waitto get our correct pizza they store manager was very rude and had no customer service told us we had gone in and unselected alltoppings which makes no sense what?s so ever we will not be ordering again from Pizza Hut period Read more
