My family and I recently visited this Cold Stone location for a sweet treat. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience... due to the staff. We began by looking at the ice cream cakes in the freezer and one staff member rudely said "are you going toorder something?". We were planning on purchasing a cake, but felt rushed and decided to just place our ice cream order. Weentered the line at the wrong end and were reprimanded again. After asking what we wanted, they did not say one word to us. Theywere clearly annoyed that customers had walked in the door, although the store was completely empty other than our group of5. Additionally, the woman scooping our ice cream had long hair in a loose/low ponytail with most of it hanging out in thefront. Her hair was nearly touching our ice cream. I'm not asking for hairnets to be worn but employees should at least havetheir hair pulled back to avoid it dangling above the ice cream. My family and I were kind to the staff regardless of theirbehavior, but I wish I had said something about how they treated us as customers. Read more
Cold stone has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years. I love how unique it is how they mix everything you want into the ice... cream. I could say that they can lower their prices a bit, because they start at 6 to 7 Dollars per cup , and that adds updepending on how many people you go with. I am just saying that it's great ice cream but maybe offer more coupons. I am part ofthe rewards program but rarely get discounts. Other than that, we do like it alot. Read more

Laying hands on and pushing a 13-year-old into a table, yelling at a 4-year-old girl to the point of making her cry, and being... extremely rude/demanding to at least 4 other adult customers is uncalled for, disrespectful, and very likely considered assault.My family and several others will NEVER step foot into this ColdStones again until a proper apology has been made. The only steptaken by the staff was to call someone who refused to identify themselves or what position they held and that individualinformed me that they would review the cameras and take action. When I asked to have at least an apology and to give my phonenumber to be updated as to what actions were being taken, I was told to stop making a scene. In from out of town for the weekend. Really wanted ice cream and online it says that Coldstone is open until 11pm. Got there at... 10:40pm and they were locking up for the night. Was the only place that was supposedly open late. Very disappointed !! Read more
