We were visiting for Ironman 70.3. The yelp reviews were questionable, but we were hungry. I waited 5 mins to get seated for... lunch, got water, and ordered almost immediately. They were busy but not bad. I got food in a reasonable amount of time. Thefood was excellent, good old home style cooking. Service was also good?lovely young ladies and always there when needed. I wouldhighly recommend this place. Probably not best for any picky eaters as menu is small but all items look good. Read more
Mistake. Morning breakfast with my family and two small children. We went outside to run on sidewalk, not restaurant, and play... games. They asked us to leave for laughing! I wouldn?t give this place one star if I didn?t have too. I am very compassionateabout restaurants having inadequate amounts of staff. Regardless, this place didn?t measure up. Lighten up. Be kind. Food wasmediocre, at least contribute more on the service end. The floors are filthy, bathrooms worse and I can only imagine thekitchen. Wishing you all peace. Read more
Our server was not hospitable from the start. We wrote it off as she was having a bad day. She warmed up for a moment when... asking about some menu items but returned to, what I assume is, her personality; short, bordering on rude, like we wereinconveniencing her. While we took a moment to decide on food we could hear the staff complaining about others, maybe otherstaff or customers. So unprofessional. We got our food which was good and enjoyed our meal. Another server took care of us morethan our server which saved us from complaining. Also, and probably the biggest thing is that out gratuity was included. 25+%.We had no say. Worst dining experience in twenty years!!! Waitress and staff rude and didn?t want to serve us. The food was cold and... disgusting. The potatoes tasted like oil and the soup was watered down. Paid over $5 for coffee and never got a refill - the cupwas 1/2 the size of a normal restaurant. They would not make change and could care less about giving us good service because wehad a party of six and the 20% tip was added to bill no matter how they treated you. I will never eat along the boardwalk everagain especially at this restaurant! Read more
