Giselle and her team were amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Could not be happier that we... chose The Hollins House for our wedding venue. The customer service was next level, all of our guests raved about the food, andthe views and property are so stunning for a wedding. We didn't have to rent extra decor or spend a ton on flowers bc the venueis so stunning on its own. Highly recommend The Hollins House for anyone looking to get married in Santa Cruz. Read more
My husband and I made a reservation at the Hollins House for dinner for our anniversary. We want to have our special moment... since we haven't gone out for a very long time due to the COVID restrictions. We made an early reservation for a table outsideto avoid the dinner rush, but the hostess told us that they can't sit us outside because all of the tables were reserved forparties of 4 or more. However, they had no way to inform us about this when we made the reservation, which was the mostupsetting part to an evening that was now ruined. Furthermore, she didn't try to offer any alternative for us, either waiting inthe bar, or a table indoors. She just looked at us with a blank stare that shows that she just doesn't care about her customersone way or the other. Also, they should have some way to deal with such requests when we made the reservation, so we don't showup to such a surprise when we arrive. Read more
The Hollins House is perfection. The space and views are beyond gorgeous. The staff is warm and friendly. The food is delicious... and high quality. Carter and the wedding team could not have been any better. I am so honored to have gotten married in such anidyllic place surrounded by such amazing people.
